Its name carries a special meaning: “OLMC” stands for Our Lady of Mount Carmel, while “Little Flower” is the beloved nickname of St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the Carmelite saint known for her simple and childlike trust in God.

St. Thérèse became a Carmelite at a young age and lived her vocation with a deep love for Our Lady. She is a beautiful example of the simple, faithful devotion that the Brown Scapular represents.
